Rashtrahit Sewa Sangthan is a nonprofit that does it all. The organization provides various enrichment programs for the underprivileged, ranging from free education for kids to vocational training programs for adults. Health checkups, tree plantings, and sports camps are just a few of their other offerings.
Hyatt Place Gurgaon/Udyog Vihar has partnered with this nonprofit to also lend a hand, through the Hyatt Community Grants program. Specifically, Hyatt Place Gurgaon/Udyog Vihar is tackling the challenge of hospitality vocational training for at-risk female youth, with the ultimate goal being greater gender equality. Preparing women for a career supplements the family income and relieves the pressures of early marriage.
Together, Hyatt Place Gurgaon/Udyog Vihar and Rashtrahit Sewa Sangthan are helping women carve their own career paths in the hospitality industry, thanks to the Hyatt Community Grants program.
